Elliott Rittenberg has been a Rotarian since 2009 when he joined the Rotary Club of Sharon in District7950. There he served as club treasurer, president in 2013 – 2014, and then as treasurer of the club’s charitable foundation.After moving to Westborough in 2015, Elliott transferred to the Westborough Rotary Club and became active on several committees, served as assistant treasurer, and then as club president in 2019 – 2020.
Elliott’s service to the Club was recognized when he received the Club’s Rotarian of the Year award in 2022. Elliott has served as an Assistant Governor, is a Paul Harris Fellow, and a graduate of the RotaryLeadership Institute. He also serves as co-chair of the District’s recently formed EnvironmentalCommittee, and is an active member of the Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group.
Outside of Rotary, Elliott is a member of Westborough Connects, a grassroots organization focusing on kindness, diversity and inclusion. He is also a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Professionally, Elliott is co-owner of a manufacturer’s representative firm that distributes infrared imaging cameras for military and scientific and environmental applications. Elliott lives in Westborough with his wife Reina, who is also a Rotarian, along with their two dogs. Together they share a combined total of five adult children living locally, in Tel Aviv, and in Denver, CO.
